Nyali Recordings are pleased to announce that Bruce Russell, Smoke Jaguar and Richard Youngs will be playing Nice N Sleazys in Glasgow on the 25th January 2017. Bruce Russell provided liner notes for the Eye - Winterwork LP (Nyali 9) and is one of the best guitar wranglers around. Described as "the Jimi Hendrix of no-technique", he has long been an inspiration through his own work, with The Dead C and A Handful of Dust, and as the man behind legendary labels Xpressway and Corpus Hermeticum. This is a rare opportunity to catch Bruce outside of New Zealand and is not to be missed.

Smoke Jaguar will return to live action after 2 years away. One member has been distracted by climbing up mountains; the other climbing out of burning buildings. Together they will bring topographic isolation and fire to their live return.

Richard Youngs needs little introduction. Through his solo work and collaborations he has amassed over 140 releases of various styles and genres and in a live setting is always unique and unpredictable. Nyali was proud to release the first single by The Flexibles (Richard Youngs, Sorley Youngs, and Andrew Paine - Nyali 10) and is delighted to include him in Nyali's first live gig. Be sure to get down early to witness what is often a one-off singular performance.
